SAP SD Manager

On behalf of our client, a Global SAP Partner with more than 20,000 SAP professionals worldwide, we’re on the lookout for a motivated SAP SD Manager to join their dynamic and experienced Enterprise Technology and Performance team.

As a SAP SD Manager, you will take on leadership responsibilities within the team, ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and team development. You will align priorities and objectives with client needs while showcasing commitment to the company's purpose.

Your day-to-day

• Leading and managing complex SAP SD solution implementations, including system design, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Providing expert-level advice and guidance on SAP SD processes, integrations, and performance management
• Managing diverse teams of consultants and developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value
• Supporting business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations
• Staying updated on SAP innovations, new products, and enhancements, integrating them into client solutions as needed
• Building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing team of SAP professionals

What you will need

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Information Systems. Post-graduate degree will be considered a strong asset
• At least 6 years of experience in SAP SD implementations and at least 1-2 years of experience in team management/mentorship roles
• Design and architect SAP solutions with a primary focus on Sales and Distribution (SD)
• An adeptness in defining systems implementation strategy, conducting workshops and collecting user requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Ability to implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
• Ability to collaborate with clients, provide guidance on functionality, transfer knowledge, and train end-users
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language
• Team player with strong communication (written, verbal & presentation) and analytical skills;
• Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries
