SAP FI Manager

On behalf of our client, a Global SAP Partner with more than 20,000 SAP professionals worldwide, we’re on the lookout for a motivated SAP FI Manager to join their dynamic and experienced Enterprise Technology and Performance team.

Your day-to-day

• Overseeing the design, implementation, and support of complex SAP Financials (FI) solutions.
• Offering expert advice on SAP FI processes, integrations, and performance.
• Managing diverse teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities for added value.
• Supporting business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Staying current with SAP innovations to incorporate them into client solutions.
• Mentoring and retaining a high-performing SAP team.

What you will need

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Information Systems (post-graduate degrees are a plus).
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in SAP FI implementations and leadership/mentorship roles.
• Expertise in SAP solutions like ECC, S/4HANA, Concur, BPC, BW, and SAC, especially in Financials modules.
• Proficiency in ERP implementation, including strategy, workshops, prototyping, testing, training, and support.
• A talent for delivering technology-enabled business solutions as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, fluency in English and Greek, and a team-oriented approach.
• Exposure to multiple industries and the ability to work under pressure.
