IT Support Engineer

On behalf of our client, an established company that provides water and wastewater pumping solutions to people, industries, and utilities, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer.

A day in the life of the IT Support Engineer.

As an IT Support Engineer the candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of computer systems, network infrastructure and related technology that supports their business operations. The IT Support Engineer will provide prompt technical support to employees and ensure that all reported issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

What you will need

• Minimum 5+ years as an IT Support Help Desk Specialist.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Network Administration, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting.

• Experience with Network Security and Customer Service is considered a plus.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional technical support.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or any related field.
