Technical Support Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer on behalf of our client, a fast-growing IT solutions provider. You will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve incidents efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day:

In this role, you will interact with clients to identify their technical problems, provide troubleshooting steps, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams. You will also document solutions and contribute to a knowledge base.
