IT Support Specialist
3rd Level SupportOn behalf of our client, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to internal teams and customers. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems.
A day in the life of an IT Support Specialist:You will be the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and networks. You will manage support tickets, provide remote and on-site assistance, and work closely with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
Your day-to-day:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide remote and on-site support for IT systems
- Manage and resolve support tickets
- Collaborate with other IT teams for advanced issue resolution
- Install and configure new software and hardware
