Cloud-Oriented backend Developer (.NET)

On behalf of our client, a leading innovative product development company located in Athens, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated .NET Developer to join their team in its new and fascinating projects.

Your day-to-day

• Drive the development of cloud-native applications, leveraging your expertise in .NET C#.
• Design, implement, and optimize microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience in a cloud environment.
• Develop and maintain RESTful Web APIs to facilitate efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Take responsibility for maintaining and updating software packages, ensuring they meet industry standards and security protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with engineers to achieve seamless system integration and enhance user experiences.

What you will need

• Proven experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on cloud-centric development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET C# programming language and experience with RESTful Web API development.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with .NET Core and its application in cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Great to have

• Exposure to DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
