Account Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships for a leading digital marketing agency. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and helping to drive project success.

A Day in the Life of an Account Manager:You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, and provide regular updates on project progress. You will also identify opportunities to upsell services and strengthen client partnerships.

Your day-to-day:

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact
• Oversee the delivery of marketing projects and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for account growth and service upsell
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients
