On behalf of our client, a growing, product-driven tech company with teams in Thessaloniki and the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their collaborative and forward-thinking engineering team. Does not matter if your are strong in backend of frontend.

This is a remote-first position, with opportunities for in-person collaboration and co-working days when needed. The company develops a wide range of web and mobile applications, tailored to the unique needs of each product. They also work with cutting-edge technologies, including blockchain and AI-powered solutions.


What you'll do

  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code (both frontend and backend).

  • Collaborate with team members to review code and share feedback (including mentoring junior developers).

  • Create deployment scripts and contribute to DevOps workflows.

  • Assist the Product Manager in task breakdown and technical planning.

  • Provide documentation for developed code, infrastructure, and processes.

  • Participate in a strong onboarding process and continuous learning culture.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong experience in either frontend or backend development, and the motivation to grow into full-stack development.

  • Solid knowledge of Git and version control best practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to contribute to a distributed and multicultural team.

The stack

  • Frontend: Angular, SvelteKit

  • Backend: C# / .NET

  • Others: Blockchain, AI integrations (depending on project requirements)

Nice to have

  • Experience with testing frameworks and writing automated tests.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.).

  • Code review experience (both giving and receiving).

  • A mentoring mindset and willingness to support less experienced teammates.

  • Prior working experience in a collaborative development environment.
